Your own in-unit washer/dryer (free), and a big in-unit storage closet are all included at no extra charge.
We handle all the yard care/snow shoveling, and have a plowing contract with a highly reliable, local company that ensures you can always get out of the driveway and off to work on time. We clean the areas shared between the two units (the hallway and stairs).
The apartment is furnished with the exact items shown in the photos: a sofa, a Roku TV and a TV table, a coffee table, a dining table and four chairs, a matching sideboard, rugs in LR, DR, BR, and kitchen; microwave, coffee maker, space heater, HEPA air cleaner, a dresser, a king-sized bed, a small desk with rolling desk chair, all window coverings, entryway shoe rack. (Note: artwork, towels, and bedding shown in photos are not included)
Due to my allergies, we kindly request a chemical- and fragrance-free environment (no air fresheners, scented candles, intense perfumes, or strong hair chemicals). We'll supply fragrance-free laundry soap, dryer balls, and cleaning supplies for your first three months to help cover any costs associated with making that transition. We (upstairs) are quiet adults, and the layout of the two units means there is minimal noise transmission across units.
The apartment requires a one-year lease and does not permit sub-leasing or adding new renters without prior approval. The $40 application fee (applicable toward your first month's rent) covers a background and credit check, including your income-to-rent ratio.
