We have loved the charm of this home with its wood floors & arched doorways and the fireplace in the living room. Since we added triple pane windows & insulation, the home stays warm in winter & cool in summer. We've enjoyed gardening & spending time with family and our dogs in the sanctuary of the large, private fenced backyard with its flowering trees, shrubs, roses & many varieties of birds. A favorite time is breathing in the sweet scent of flowing wisteria in spring on the front patio, taking in the partial view of the hills, and enjoying the family of deer who visit the front yard daily, often stopping to rest in the shade of the large, pink dogwood. If we stayed, we would expand the kitchen & dining area, which easily could become a wraparound kitchen with potential for a second bathroom.
This has been an ideal location for exploring the neighborhoods, easy access to the bike path & farmers market, and the many great open green spaces & and parks.
