3176 Wellington Road is for sale! The listing agent is the son-in-law of the sellers. When my kids were growing up, it was next to impossible to get them to want to leave their Grandma and Pop Pop’s. Their large backyard has beautiful woods with a creek that my twins loved playing in growing up. They’d run from the woods and their next stop was always the heated pool before my wife and I had to drag them away. The only time my in-laws saw their neighbor, who lives behind them, was when a mini tornado hit and took down 10 of his trees.
My wife also loved growing up in this home. My experiences are more limited than my wife’s, but I will never forget spending every warm holiday in the pool, watching the kids play. When we started looking for a place to call our own, we always compared it to my in-law’s home.
I know the new owner will make new memories in this beautiful colonial home. It has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. It sits on .998 acres and is in the highly sought-after Central Bucks School District in Buckingham Township. The current owners have taken meticulous care of their home for 45 years. The HVAC system was replaced in 2019.
