A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback. On checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Turn off the AC when you open the door/windows to prevent it from freezing and stopping.
