Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $100–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please keep household items inside the house and turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
