Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. Parking requires a permit to be displayed at all times to avoid being towed, and we are not responsible for towed vehicles. The pool is not available for this season. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but washcloths are not included. Smoking indoors is prohibited and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed, and lost linens or apartment keys will incur additional replacement costs. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
