Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, as this will generate an additional cost. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed, and washcloths are not provided. Please keep household items inside the apartment and turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
