As our guest, you have full access to the entire private apartment and the building's fantastic amenities. Relax and unwind in the beautiful swimming pool area, stay active in the modern, on-site fitness center, and enjoy the outdoor BBQ area and patio. On-site garage parking is available for a nightly fee of $20. Wristbands are required for pool entry and are available for a daily fee of $10. A $100 fee applies for lost wristbands.

Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents and must be completed before arrival. The building's HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as we are located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please feel at home and keep household items inside the house. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
