Parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles, and both vehicles must be parked in front of the garage for unit 15. Please do not park in front of other properties. The parking fee is included in the total amount.

For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict "No Pets" policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. [SI]
