There are several items purchased and left in the garage for a future remodel.This house has been vacant for about 7 years during which time the owner has considered updating herself but after receiving some recent bids for work needed and the most recent discovery of disintegrating cast iron sewer lines she has decided to let someone else take over. There have been several bids from $30-50,000 to replace the sewer lines but they are all over 6 months old. There have been two past water pipe leaks which have been repaired and the water is on but off at the street for safety. Could be turned on by inspector for inspection. Gas should be on but appliances are not lit again for safety. The sliding glass doors have locks we cannot open so the only access to the backyard is the side door off of the garage. All of the floor coverings are removed, some sheetrock is missing, all interior door and baseboard trim was removed, one commode was removed and is missing.
