The heated pool is available for $100 per night, only upon request. We recommend heating the pool between October and May each year. Please note that there is only one heater, so the pool and the spa cannot be heated at the same time. The hot tub does not have a blower.

Guests have access to the entire house, except for the locked owner's closet, via keypad entry. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. No parties are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No pets are allowed. The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property. If you want the pool heated during your stay, please make sure to reach out before booking to ensure it will be an option. The jetted tub is not usable at the moment due to leaks in the jet lines. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver.
