Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed, and small low-key gatherings are only permitted upon request and approval in advance. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable, and the fireplace is gas-operated, to be used at your own risk. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests.
