This home is in the Spring Creek neighborhood of Plano, Texas, close to shopping and entertainment. The University of Texas at Dallas campus is 15 minutes away, and DFW airport and downtown Dallas are 30 minutes away. AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, is 40 minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park, Andretti Indoor Karting, and the Crayola Experience. Bob Woodruff Park and Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve are connected by biking trails, creating an 840-acre green space. Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres.
Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. An additional nightly rate will be applied for more than six guests. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests should only use it if they are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that they are doing so at their own risk. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. The smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
