The apartment is ideally located with buses nearby that will take you to NYC in about 15 minutes. The neighborhood is family-friendly with stores, a laundromat, and restaurants nearby. It is well-lit at night, offering a safe and quiet environment. You can reach this location by taxi, Uber, or bus, with NJ Transit Bus 123 available at the corner of 24th St and Palisade Ave, just one block away. The return bus leaves from Gate 214 in Port Authority Bus Terminal, costing $4 per ride and taking about 15 minutes.
No parties, events, or smoking are allowed, and this is strictly enforced. Self check-in and check-out are available with a lockbox at the entry door. The check-in window is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us as we will not be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late. There is a $100 per hour fee for late check-out. A $300 fee will be charged for smoking or drug use on the property, with additional fees for related damages. Guests are responsible for bagging all garbage and placing it in the bins outside or at the curb as instructed. The apartment must be left in the condition it was found, with all dishes washed and trash discarded. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning tasks only.
