The master and master bath are on the main level and yes it has the lakeview and it is a great size. The living room also is on the lakeside and there is a wood burning fireplace! The kitchen has a large bar and eating area. There is a half bath on the main floor for guests and a nice sized laundry room. The 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs are large and also gives your guest a view of the lake. The house is back off of the road so there is plenty of parking and the lot is flat. I love the large deck on the lake side and the carport for parking and it also has storage on the lake side. And did I mention under $190K and a single boathouse?
