HE furnace/AC/hot water heater installed in 2017 All of the windows are maintaining their argon gas and no condensation is present summer or winter. Whole house water softening system was installed in 2019. The copper plumbing was redone so that the outside spigots were independent of the softening system. In addition, a 5-filter, reverse osmosis water system was installed and ran exclusively to the kitchen. In 2018/2019 The roofing on the house and garage were replaced. Because of the new furnace and water heater being high-efficient, the venting chimney was removed thus eliminating a future potential leak point on the roof. New gutters were installed with the roof on the house and garage. Additional gutters were installed on the dormers and routed to the main system to eliminate shingle wear.
