This property is being sold "AS IS" and sellers will require an AS IS addendum. Cabin #3 has electric baseboard heating and Cabin 1 has a small electric heater. Common well in a common well house feeds the cabins and at the time of listing, listing agent has not been able to verify that there is a septic system serving the three cabins. These cabins are in rough shape but incredibly cool! The Garrett County Health Department - Environmental Health does not have any records pertaining to the well or septic. Property has roughly 1000' fronting Muddy Creek (this is a very primitive guess by the listing agent and not based on an actual survey). Call listing agent for details on property and access.
