There is a large fenced-in courtyard with colorful butterflies, hummingbirds, green grass, new patio umbrella, lounge chairs, and a BBQ (please provide your own propane).

Beautiful shared secure courtyard with privacy fence, jacuzzi and laundry room with full sized Whirlpool washer and dryer. I will send you a personal door code and house manual in the week prior to your arrival.
I will check in with you via messaging within the first 24 hours of your arrival and as long as everything is OK will leave you alone to enjoy your stay in peace and privacy.
We are readily available between 6am-6pm and also available after hours only in case of emergency.
South Park is unique, historic, trendy, and small-business oriented. The only chain store or restaurant here is Target Express and 7-11. 99% of guests who have stayed here have loved the neighborhood and location.
South Park is a great walkable community (and lots of people bike around too) but there is also a busstop just 2 blocks down the street on 30th.
However, we prefer Lyft, uber or car2go, it's fun!
