Front Door- Replaced metal front door with a new Mahogany 6 pane door and Schlage black hardware.
Foyer Area - Removed dated arches and posts within the interior of the house and squared off for a more modern look. Removed walls between living/dining room and foyer, placed an LVL beam to create a more open concept. Added recessed cans throughout the area.
Kitchen- Reconfigured existing L shape design by relocating plumbing in slab floor and creating a new island with farmhouse sink. Removed and replaced cabinets with 42" shaker style cabinets. Topped cabinets off with low maintenance quartz countertops, rustic tile backsplash and custom shelving. Replaced electric range with new gas range, stainless dishwasher and backsplash. Added recessed lighting and 3 school house pendant lights.
Family Room- Removed traditional mantle, added shiplap backdrop with outlets for TV and topped off with custom made mantle and new ceiling fan. Recessed can lights added for more lighting.
Living Room - Added LED fireplace accented by a shiplap backdrop for the custom mantle. Added recessed can lights.
Master Bedroom- Removed carpeting and replaced with hardwood flooring, added recessed lighting and ceiling fan.
Master Bath- Replaced fiberglass tub & shower with a tiled dual headed shower with Delta plumbing fixtures. Added 3 opaque windows and 2 Elbe farmhouse vanities with a shiplap backsplash & rustic shelf. Replaced toilet and tiled floor to coordinate with shower wall tile. Shower topped off with frameless glass, including 2 shower doors.
Half Bath - Added board and batten walls, replaced vanity, light and plumbing fixtures including new toilet. Replaced linoleum with hardwood floors.
Removed carpet on staircase, painted entire staircase and spindles in complementary colors to the walls.
Walls and Flooring - Replaced first floor carpet and linoleum with distressed Shaw high-quality hardwood flooring and tile. Replaced 2ndfloor carpet with new Shaw carpet to compliment subtle gray walls.
Completely painted interior walls and trim, replaced brass door hinges and knobs with chic modern Schlage black hardware.
Converted existing bonus to a bedroom and added a full-sized tiled shower/tub combo with white vanity, new toilet and tile floors.
Added 5th bedroom with 2 closets, 2 windows and finished off room with hardwood flooring and a rustic barn door.
Garage - Replaced hot water heater, added utility sink & re-hung the cabinets that were previously in the kitchen. Painted walls behind the cabinets.
Laundry Room - Removed wire shelving and replaced with white cabinets and custom-made rustic shelving. Low maintenance tile flooring was laid.
Bedroom Addition- Added a floor over what was the existing vaulted ceiling creating a space for an additional bedroom with 2 closets or multi-purpose room. Hardwood flooring was added topped off with a rustic barn door.
Second Bath- Replaced outdated vanity with distressed wood vanity with quartz top, tiled floor with rustic tiles and replaced all fixtures with Delta fixtures and toilet.
