Parking is available on the street and is free. However, alternate side parking is in effect most days, so be sure to read all signs to avoid tickets.
Located in the Upper East Side, this apartment is a stone's throw away from the Q train line at 72nd Street and the 6 train line at 77th Street, making it easy to explore the city. The neighborhood is known for its posh buildings, flagship boutiques on Madison Avenue, and proximity to some of the most fantastic museums in the country. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and smoking inside or outside will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and luggage storage is not available on-site. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and the apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use allowed. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, with all trash in the trashcans. A laptop computer is not included.
Children should be noted that the apartment is not child-proof or child-protected.
Kindly note that a $350 refundable security deposit is required and will be collected directly by the partner after your booking is confirmed. The security deposit will be handled through direct communication with the partner and is not processed automatically.
