The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and smoking inside or outside will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and luggage storage is not available on-site. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and the apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, with no commercial use allowed. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and all dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink, with all trash in the trashcans. A laptop computer is not included.
