Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Use of the hot tub and/or pool is at your own risk. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub or pool. Do not use the hot tub or pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Shower before entering the hot tub or pool. Do not bring oils, lotions, or soaps into the hot tub or pool. Follow all posted guidelines and do not engage in risky behavior in the pool or hot tub. Any damage to the pool or hot tub caused by misuse will be charged to the guest.
