Only two Ravenwood homes with this floor plan. Originally a 2-bedroom, a wall to the second bedroom was removed for a more open, livable floor plan. After a remodel, the kitchen has glass tiled backsplash, undercounter LED lighting and more counter and cabinet spaces. The bedroom is on the upper level and has a deck to enjoy the view (trees are trimmed every 3 years to open up the view and should be done soon!) There is actually a good sized basement area for additional storage besides the room off the carport. No carpet: hardwood on the main and lower level with laminate on the upper level. The HOA fees of $150 per month cover water, sewer, insurance, exterior and pool maintenance and garbage. Would make a great second home, remarkable quiet location but yet just steps from OSF and downtown via private, gated walkway to Hargadine. New HVAC in 2007, fridge in 2013, DW in 2012.
