The house is fully furnished to include two fully furnished and decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a newly purchased queen bed. The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. It also comes with a trundle. The basement has a sofa bed. The home can allow 7 people to sleep but works better for 1-4 people. We can provide bedding items.
There is a large furnished living room (with a very nice and large sectional sofa, a coffee table, and a TV) and a dining area (with a dining table and benches), and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, etc.
There is also a finished basement with a nice bar, a sofa bed, and a sofa. There is a laundry room with a drier and a washer. It comes with a garage as well. It has a nice backyard.
All utilities are included, water, sewer, gas, electricity, garbage, and internet. However, tenants needs to do lawn care and snow removal. We do require background check and no eviction history. Applicants' credit score must be at least 620. Non shed non aggressive dogs will be considered with a $100 per month per dog fee. This is a unique property ready for the right tenant/tenants.
