In the catchment area for the popular Penn Alexander public grade school*, University Mews is a cluster of 47 sun-filled, multilevel contemporary townhouses with simple, open design lines. #33 is a three bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1224 sq. ft. model entered through an entry hall next to its garage, directly from 45th Street.
