You are going to love the backyard you can have a wedding in it with room to spare!! and the backyard BBQ awesome you can really enjoy this place and you have every amenity kitchen and bathrooms have to offer you have to bring some good credit, 670 an up no evictions and a couple of years work history so I need 4 months of paycheck stubs and bank statements, and don't send me any mess meaning fictious false altered paperwork, and we're good. The rent is $3200. a month you need one (1) month rent and one (1) month security deposit, if you have a pet NO!!! Rottweilers or Pit Bulls!!!! your rent will be $3500. a month and your security deposit will be $3500. I recommend you drive by in the daytime and at night.
