This cabin was constructed without building or septic permits and runs on generator power and spring water. The spring is located on the property owned by the state of NC and there is no written water rights easement. The property has a right of way from Hidden Valley Rd; however, the current owners access the property via a private drive that is accessed from Poplar Trl. and voluntarily give $200 annually to assist with road maintenance.
