From it, you get a beautiful panoramic ocean view where you can see West Maui, Lana’i, and Kaho’olawe. The second unit is a single level 2 bed, 1-1/2 bath ohana with a covered lanai. The first room is a large open living room with large sliding doors that can separate the room into 2, one of which can be used as a bedroom. The 1/2 bath connected to this room is connected via a door to the full bath, which is accessible by another door beside the kitchen. The living room extends to the kitchen. To the side of the kitchen is the second bedroom, which has the lock-out door that leads to the other unit. This unit is great for being used as a “mother-in-law unit”, a “teen apartment”, or simply as a rental unit. The cottage rests at the front of the property. It is a quaint 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath unit with its own shaded carport. It features a fantastic wrap around, covered deck and washer/dryer. Between the two units is a pool and cabana. Here you’ll find a poolside bathroom with two outdoor showers and a wet bar. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun or to have a barbecue. Both the main house and the cottage have solar water heating and a photovoltaic electric system, the cottage having 24 panels and the main house having 42 panels.
