The cabin could be utilized as a base camp for hunting (located in GMU 79) or for other outdoor recreation. The surrounding public land provides unlimited opportunities for hiking, and the roads through the public land are an ATV enthusiasts dream. One could leave the cabin on an ATV or side-by-side and go for hours and hours without having to turn around. In fact, South Fork, Creede, or even Gunnison could theoretically all be accessed from the property by only using forest service roads and trails.
