This property is located near the interstate; however, a large sound barrier wall helps reduce noise. Noise machines are provided in the home for added comfort, and earplugs are available upon request. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Pets are not allowed at this vacation rental. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. There is a security camera present at the front door for security. Please do not tamper with it. There is a fire pit on site for guest use. Guests are asked to bring their own supplies, extinguish any flames or coals after each use, and adhere to any county burn ban in effect. Lighting candles is not allowed inside the property to ensure safety. Please place all trash in the designated trash bins or cans. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. There are many antiques on the property. Please enjoy them but understand these items are precious. If items are damaged, the guest will be liable for these damages. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
