This home has been completely updated and is GORGEOUS and FUNCTIONAL. In 2016: wall was removed between kitchen and family room, installed laminate flooring throughout, installed the electric forced air heating unit and added central AC, (the original electric baseboard units in the bedrooms and baths remain and are functional, but not being used), bought new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, and updated both baths. 2019 improvements included installing a new chain link fence and pouring a new concrete patio in the back yard, and installing can lights in the family room and kitchen. All the interior lighting has been updated and is beautiful. Only one small light near the front door is original! 2020 brought a major kitchen remodel including new cabinets, counters, backsplash, microwave with fan, sink and fixtures; the full bath tub/shower was retiled, a laundry room was created off the family room, and a new sump pump was installed. It's terrific!
