About Grosvenor Arms Apartments
Welcome to Grosvenor Arms! The historic landmark was built in 1931 and features beautiful vintage finishes such as original wood floors, large windows and built ins. Each apartment home is unique and special and we take pride in preserving the beautiful original woodwork throughout. The community is walking distance from the 16th Street Mall, Natural Grocers, coffee shops, and many great restaurants and bars. We would love to have you join our lovely community!
Utilities: residents will be billed back for water, waste water, valet trash, gas (heat), and WIFI.

Security Deposits and Application Fees:
We offer online applications on our website. The application fee is a non-refundable $30 regardless of acceptance. We ask for a $500 security deposit with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may offer a higher security deposit.
