After two years living in and renovating this house, I am moving away and renting it. This house means a lot to me, the price is firm, and if you are interested please reach out with relevant details (# of inhabitants, when you can view it) and not just "is this still available."

The house is part of a 2.6-acre two-unit property with the units connected only by a garage. It feels very private and spacious, and the large backyard is a great place to let dogs and/or children run around. My tenants in the other unit have lived there for two years and have been very respectful neighbors.

The unit is probably best described as a 2 bedroom + 2 dens/child bedrooms. The large master bedroom is newly renovated with a walk-in closet and easy private access to the garage. Down the hall (containing 4 coat/linen closets) is a full bathroom with a deep tub/shower combo. The large guest bedroom (previously used as the master) is carpeted and has tons of storage space and an en-suite powder room. The other two smaller rooms are currently used as offices, but the previous owner used one of them as a child's bedroom.

The beautiful wood-paneled room shown in the photos was previously a hot tub room. The hot tub remains, but it is deactivated and I do not plan to reactivate it. The room is a very peaceful and relaxing space.

The kitchen (with propane range) has a small dining area and the living room--with large picture window looking out onto the Mountain View--exits out onto the back patio. The laundry room has lots of storage and contains a newer washing machine (the dryer is currently in the shared garage).

The very large 2-bay garage and attic above it offer lots of storage space.

A couple important details:
- Utilities are not included. Utilities include electric (typically less then $200/month), propane (only fuels the stove, I've never had to refill), and heating oil (can get expensive in the winter based on oil prices). The property is on septic, so there is no water/sewer fee. Landscaping is included.
- There is no central air conditioning and I am providing one window AC and one portable unit. The house stays very cool in the summer and I can count on two hands the amount of nights I've needed more than the ceiling fans.
- Heat in most of the house is hot water baseboard heated by a high-efficiency Buderus oil-fueled boiler. The master bedroom and walk-in closet are electric heat.
- The large 1.3 acre lot on the side of the unit can be enjoyed by everyone on the property.
- There is a third separate garage with separate access that I will keep as private storage and will access rarely with advanced notice.
