A small storage unit inside the carport includes four beach chairs and one beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay. Pets are not allowed. This is a self-check-in property, and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. There is a 30-day minimum for each lease by association rules, with no exceptions.
