Theentire exterior was completely painted with a more modern color scheme and the lattice removed and replaced withsiding. All 4 villas have matching lights and doors and the owners all work together to maintain the beauty of theproperty. This is absolutely the best building in the complex.
The outdoor patio is just steps from the boardwalk to the best beach on the island, and theprivate villa pool. The sun sets behind the villa so you can grill and have outdoor enjoymentwithout the intense summer heat.
