Master suite and second bedroom are upstairs. Private garage. All freshly painted in the condo and garage. Remodeled kitchen, new living room carpet, bar stools included. 3 years old washer and dryer. Slip 1 and 2 on left side of dock near seawall are both included. Prime end unit with great views and large dock slips. Exterior paint and work slated for spring 2022.

The two slips are around 32 feet. Owner had a 37' boat and just the swim platform stuck out a little.

Depth range around 10 feet in slips. In low 2011 water it was around 6 feet and that was only one year at end of summer.


Furnace is in the mechanical room next to big TV in living room.

They would be allowed a total of two of these three pets unfortunately. If 3 pets, we could certainly put the issue to the Co-Owners for a vote and see if they would be willing to make an exception. Although we cannot give legal advice, and they (and their attorneys would need to read the documents for themselves), I am setting forth more details about the rules.

Maximum of two animals

--Dogs under 40 pounds

--Birds in a cage maintained in dwelling unit

IN THE MARINA: Bylaws, Article VI, Section 4

No animals or pets

In addition, the following rules apply:
No pets by persons other than Co-Owner without consent of Association.
Pets are to be kept with such care and restraint so as to not have obnoxious noise, odor, or unsanitary conditions.
No savage or dangerous animals.
No animals running loose and animals must be attended.
Animals must be kept on lease by a person of such age, size, and discretion able to exert complete control.
Anyone who permits animals on premises must indemnify the Association for loss, damage, etc.
Anyone can seize any loose animal and return it to the owner or deliver it to dog warden without liability.
