This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of smoke remediation. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
