Guests must sign a digital rental agreement and provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie prior to arrival. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside, a $250 penalty will be charged. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard and you must pick up after your pet, otherwise a penalty of $75 per incident will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities.
