Hernando Beach is a quiet, scenic coastal area with restaurants, parks, and charming waterfront views. It is recommended to have a car for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches. Nearby attractions include Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Rogers Park, Linda Pedersen Park, Pine Island Beach Park, and multiple tiki bars and waterfront restaurants.
A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in, and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM and checkout time is 11 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry; if the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the backyard, and pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund.
