High-speed Wi-Fi is ready for remote work.
For our younger guests, we have blocks, puzzles, kid's books, and even a highchair and crib stored in the basement.

You can also access hiking and activities in the Tetons here in Teton Valley, affectionately known as the quiet side of the Tetons. The number of people at the property should not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and no events are allowed, including parties, large gatherings, and weddings. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or on the decks, and an additional charge will be applied if any butts are found on the property. Please turn all exterior lights off at night to enjoy the dark skies. Drive slowly in the neighborhood in respect of children, pets, and wildlife. A maximum of two licensed vehicles is allowed in the driveway and garages. No riding snow machines, dirt bikes, or ATVs in the subdivision or at the rental property. Do not burn candles or incense in the home and no fireworks on the premises. Keep all main entry doors locked when not occupied. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Please advise immediately upon booking if you are bringing pets. If pets are brought onto the property without paying the pet fee, or if more than two pets are brought onto the property without authorization, the booking may be terminated immediately. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding, and pet owners should provide their own pet bedding. If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Owners must pick up outside after their pet and place bagged waste in the provided trash cans. Pets are never allowed to be left unattended at home unless kenneled or crated. Noise complaints resulting from kenneled pets may result in the termination of your stay. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in the house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in the house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine applies for smoking, vaping, or marijuana use in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
