The very large kitchen has numerous cabinets, a pantry, cook top, oven, microwave, lots of counter space and even a roll-top area to hide your bread. This is an awesome family home with lots of room to spread out and yet come together to eat, play and relax. This is the kind of house you can entertain in comfortably - the large kitchen counter is great for all of that homemade southern cooking you find during the holidays in Florida. Roof was replaced in 2011, Newer HVAC (inside part.) There is generax generator connected to the house as well as a full house vacuum system(not warranted.) An Attic with stair entry is located in the garage. This property also includes a sprinkler system (also not warranted,) and some of the prettiest grass you'll see...just like green luscious carpet!
