The owner recently removed the carpets in the bedrooms and discovered there are nice wood floors in both bedrooms. Inside utility and a great wood stove for heating the home. Also two ceiling fans to move the heat around. There is backup heating with electric baseboards. Excellent well (per owner), septic has been pumped in last three years, lots of big trees (timber) on property plus one really good apple tree. Rural area but close to town. Wood stove stays but owner is keeping the wood in the shed. Be Aware of Large Dog!!!
