This beautiful Cape Cod home is on one of the prettiest streets in GPF. There have been many substantial updates to this home from when the sellers bought it.  There is a new fiberglass front door spring 2018, a new fiberglass back door summer 2018. The kitchen update: includes cabinets, new appliances, back splash installed during the winter of 2018  and a privacy fence put up. In 2019 owners finished off part of the basement. During the summer of 2020 all attic insulation was replaced, and since no one had a lot to do last summer, the sellers had the screens replaced on the back porch and in late summer/early fall they painted the house and garage. This year, in 2021, they had the basement stairwell updated, a new basement sink and plumbing redone, and a big ticket item - replaced plumbing connection to the main.
