Occupancy: Maximum of 2 persons per bedroom plus one additional occupant. Applied equally regardless of familial status.

Identification: Acceptable forms include driver’s license, state ID, passport, permanent resident card, consulate ID, ITIN, or tribal ID. Expired IDs will be accepted if they reasonably identify the applicant.
