There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, and 1 lazy river (across the street), open from 10am to 11pm. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine. In addition to the fine, there will be a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets allowed. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine.
