*** NOTICE OF OPEN WAIT LIST*** 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments for Affordable Housing Rents & Market Rents. Wait List OPENS March 9th to March 31st, 9am - 4pm - Monday through Friday. LOCATION: 3442 Devon Road, Royal Oak, MI 48073. Applications must be completed & accepted during the open Wait List period to be valid. Persons applying must submit application in person. At the time of application, applicants must be at least 55 years of age, bring valid photo ID, SS card & bring a non-refundable $50 application fee (per person) - money order only. (No cash, credit cards or personal checks accepted.) Alternative methods of accepting applications for those with special needs will be provided by contacting the property. Applications will be processed and placed on the wait list on a first-come-first-serve basis in accordance with the current rental criteria.
