Nice solid home. good location. good schools. About five to ten minutes from bass pro and outlet mall. kitchen totally remodeled four years ago. All new windows, insulated and weather clad. Just fell through. Although there is a really small part of the yard way in the back corner that is in the flood zone. Owner has owned it for twenty years and water has not come near the house. Application sent in 1pproximately 30 days ago with new elevation survey. This survey came back still in flood zone even though it is almost a "handkerchief" size part of the corner of the back yard. Bigger than a handkerchief of course, but in proportion, it looks like it. Will have clearer pictures and new disclosure in a day or two.
