Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises, with evidence of smoking resulting in a $500 remediation charge. A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence, and lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
