· A DEC test hole has been approved for traditional septic.
· Electricity is adjacent, approximately 300 ft from the property boundary, and installation can be
financed through HEC.
· A barn site, approximately 80 x 100 ft sits behind the high tunnels, has the beginnings of a gravel pad,
and would alternatively offer a view of both the head of the bay, glaciers, and volcanoes across cook
inlet as a home site.
