The system is a high efficiency heat pump system, incorporating a variable speed fan in the blower unit. You will note the slow spin up of the inside fan when the unit calls for cooling. The duct work was also totally cleaned after Hurricane Ivan. The roof is painted galvalum metal, installed after Hurricane Ivan. This roof is meant to last!! The floors in the house have been upgraded to tile throughout. Front door is upgraded decorative insulated door for enhanced beauty and efficiency. Rear door is upgraded insulated door with double-insulated glass with interior blind for beauty, ease of use, and efficiency. The ceilings have the upgraded smooth finish as found in exclusive homes.
