Further into the home, you'll find a bright and open living area with plush seating and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame views of the serene natural surroundings. This space flows effortlessly into the formal dining room, which comfortably seats 12 guests, making it perfect for a rehearsal dinner or intimate brunch. The gourmet kitchen is a host’s dream, with expansive countertops, a large island with additional seating, and a view of the beautiful pool and backyard. Two expansive living areas provide both relaxation and entertainment, including a main living room that opens to the backyard for seamless indoor-outdoor flow and a cozy family room with a huge sectional, smart TV, and foosball table. The main floor also features the primary master suite, an oversized sanctuary with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and a spacious dual-sided walk-in closet.

Weekly pool maintenance takes place every Friday, so please plan accordingly. Family items such as a Pack ’n Play and children’s booster seat are available upon request. Extra beds include quality air mattresses and twin beds for groups over 12, accommodating up to 18 guests in total. Linens will be provided only if requested before arrival, and guests must bring their own comforters for extra beds.

A pool waiver must be signed prior to check-in. The home uses well water, which is filtered and safe, but may have a natural sulfur smell typical for the area. This is acknowledged by booking.
