Security Deposits -Applicants with better credit and references will generally be approved at a security deposit of 1 month's rent. The security Deposit will be due in full within 24 hours of the lease offer. If the security deposit is not paid, the property will still be listed as available to other applicants.
Applicant MUST INCLUDE their 2 most recent pay statements (for W-2 wages), LES (Military) OR most recent 2 years tax returns (Self-Employed), Copy of Driver License, & most recent bank statement (showing name). Make sure ONLY the top portion of the verification documents (Employment & Rental) are completed. Landlord prefers NO pets, however pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $500 for each pet & monthly pet fee.
