Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, at $29 per night per additional guest.

We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings on our property. Only registered guests are allowed, and smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The gas-operated fireplace is currently inoperable, while the electric fireplace should be used with caution. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of two cars in the garage and four cars in the driveway.
